Electromagnetic Feeder, which increases bulk handling productivity with variablecontrolled feed rates, and has a high capability of handling a variety of materialsfrom the finest powder to coarse particles.Electrical pulses in the coils of the electromagnetic feeder create a series ofmagnetic pulls that attract the armature and the deck present in vibratingfeeder. Restoring force of the bar in the electro magnetic feeder opposes eachpull, causing the armature to spring away from the magnet. At an electricalincidence of 60 cycles per second, the armature and the deck operate at 3,600times per minute (the vibrating rate of the vibratory feeder). Matter is moved bya series of "jumps" in the vibratory area that correspond to the occurrence ofvibrations caused in electro magnetic feeder. The distance the bars travel can bechanged by varying the voltage to the coils in vibratory feeder.
